All buylist submissions are subject to the policies on this page. Failure to adhere to any of these policies may result in BridgeCityCards.com suspending your buylist privileges.

How to Submit a Buylist

We only purchase cards listed on our buylist. We do not accept bulk card submissions.

All buylist submissions must be made through our website's Buylist page. Browse or search for the Yu-Gi-Oh! cards you wish to sell, select the quantity and condition, and add them to your buylist cart.

Once you are satisfied with your cart, proceed to checkout and fill out your name, email address, and mailing information accurately. This helps us process your buylist and issue payment as quickly as possible.

Upon submitting your buylist you will receive an automated confirmation email with your buylist details and ID number. You must wait for an approval email from our buylist team before mailing us your cards. Approval emails are typically sent within 48 hours of submission. Mailing Your Cards

Once your buylist has been approved, please follow these steps before sending your cards:

  1. Sort your cards in the exact order they appear on your buylist checkout page and confirmation email. The first card on your buylist should be the first face-up card in the stack.
  2. Remove cards from any sleeves, binders, or other packaging. You may leave a single sleeve on cards valued at $25.00 or more, and additional protection such as a toploader on cards valued over $100.00.
  3. Include your name and buylist ID number inside the package.
  4. Write your buylist ID number on the outside of the package.
  5. Mail your cards within 7 days of approval to:

We strongly recommend using a shipping method that includes delivery confirmation and insurance. BridgeCityCards.com is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.

Packing Guidelines

  • Divide cards into small stacks and sandwich them between pieces of cardboard or fold a sheet of paper around them to prevent shifting. If separating into multiple stacks, label each one (e.g. 1/3, 2/3, 3/3) so we know the order.
  • For small quantities, place cards in a team bag or plastic sleeve and include a toploader or firm object in a bubble mailer.
  • If using toploaders for valuable cards, tape a piece of paper over the opening to prevent cards from sliding out. Do not tape directly on the toploader.
  • Do not use rubber bands — they can damage your cards.
  • Ensure there is no empty space in your package so cards cannot shift during transit.
  • No supplies (deck boxes, binders, sleeves, toploaders, etc.) sent in as packaging will be returned.

If you have multiple buylists, you may include them all in one package, but all buylist ID numbers must be written on the outside of the package.

Please do not send cards for a single buylist in multiple packages. If you must split a buylist across packages, label each one clearly (e.g. Buylist ID #1111 — Box 1 of 3, Box 2 of 3, etc.).

Policies

  • Buylist total minimum: $10.00 CAD
  • You must be 18 years of age or older to receive payment. A parent or guardian of legal age may receive payment on your behalf.
  • All buylist prices are for Near Mint, English cards only unless otherwise indicated.
  • Buylist prices and quantities are subject to change at any time without notice. Prices listed on our buylist are for informational purposes only and do not constitute an offer to buy.
  • Sending us cards constitutes an offer to sell the item "as is".
  • BridgeCityCards.com reserves the right to refuse any offer or limit the number of cards accepted at any time, for any reason.
  • BridgeCityCards.com is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit.
  • Buylists must be postmarked within 7 days of approval. Buylists postmarked after this date, or that arrive more than 20 business days after approval, may be repriced based on current buylist prices.
  • All submissions must be sorted in the order found on the checkout and confirmation page. Failure to do so will result in a 15% sorting fee deducted from your buylist total.
  • You must write your buylist ID number on the outside of your package.
  • If your package arrives with postage or customs fees due, we will deduct that amount from your buylist total. If your total cannot cover the cost, your package will be refused.
  • We do not accept C.O.D.

Deductions

When we receive your cards, we will verify their condition, version, and quantity against your submission. If discrepancies are found, deductions will be applied to your total.

If the deductions amount to 15% or more of your expected total, or $100.00 or more (whichever is lower), we will contact you with an updated offer. You will have 3 business days to respond. If we do not hear back within that time, we will assume you have accepted the updated offer and process payment accordingly.

Deductions under the 15% / $100.00 threshold will be processed automatically without contacting you first.

If you wish to have any cards returned after a deduction, you must request this at the time you accept the updated offer. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your total. Once payment has been issued, all purchased cards become the property of BridgeCityCards.com and are no longer eligible to be returned.

Any buylist received with excessive errors may be returned at your expense. Repeated violations may result in suspension of your buylist privileges.

Payment

Payment is not finalized until we have received and verified your submission. You may change your payment method at any time before your buylist is processed by emailing justice@bridgecitycards.com. Once payment has been issued, the payment method cannot be changed.

Payments are generally issued within 1–2 business days after your buylist has been processed.

E-Transfer

Available for buylist totals between $30.00 and $2,000.00. Payment will be sent to the email address used during your buylist submission. Please ensure you are set up to receive e-Transfers through your bank. E-Transfers may take up to 5 business days depending on your bank's processing time.

PayPal

Payment will be sent to the email address used during your buylist submission. Please note that PayPal fees apply and will be deducted from your payout (currently 2.9% + $0.30 CAD). If you have a different email associated with your PayPal account, please contact us at justice@bridgecitycards.com before submitting your buylist.

Store Credit

Store credit buylists receive an additional 25% trade-in bonus. Store credit will be issued as an online gift card sent to the email address on your submission. Once issued, store credit is non-refundable and cannot be transferred or converted to another payment method or currency.
