  • BridgeCityCards.com is not liable for orders that are Stolen, Misplaced, or Lost in Transit that have been marked as delivered. If you are concerned about theft or porch pirates, please request Card for Pickup in the checkout notes.
  • BridgeCityCards.com is not responsible for customers entering incorrect or incomplete addresses. Should an item not be properly delivered due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided to us, we assume no responsibility for any loss incurred.

1. Order Processing

Most orders are processed and shipped within 0-3 business days after your order is placed. Delays may occur during high-demand periods such as new set releases, holidays, or sale events. We will always do our best to fulfill your order as quickly as possible.

2. Order Adjustments

Changes to existing orders can be made by contacting us at justice@bridgecitycards.com

Once an order has begun processing or has been shipped, we will be unable to perform any adjustments. Please try to give as much advance notice as possible if you are changing your shipping address and have outstanding orders with us.

Address changes must be requested directly through our support team. Updating your account information does not update the address on an existing order.

We currently ship within Canada only.

4. Shipping Rates - Canada

All Orders

Shipping fees are calculated during checkout. Orders that meet or exceed $175.00 before taxes and shipping are eligible for Free Expedited Shipping. These parcels are sent via Canada Post Registered Mail.

Oversized orders or orders to remote areas are subject to additional fees. You will be contacted accordingly.

Letter mail orders are sent via Regular Letter Mail (Envelope) without tracking or insurance. BridgeCityCards.com assumes no responsibility for lost letter mail shipments, as they are uninsured and without tracking to validate delivery.

If your singles order exceeds the weight limit for letter mail, this option will be unavailable at checkout and a parcel rate will apply.

6. Delivery Instructions

Special delivery instructions can be provided in the notes section at checkout. For last-minute changes or instructions requiring special attention, please contact us at

7. Damaged Items

If you receive any damaged items, please contact us at justice@bridgecitycards.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos where possible.

If the parcel itself arrives visibly damaged, please document this so we can file a claim with the carrier. We will gladly exchange, return, or discount any qualifying damaged items.

8. Product Availability

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock or oversold at the time your order is placed, we will attempt to contact you to remove the item. If this brings your order total below the free shipping threshold, we will still ship the remainder of your order free of charge.

9. Oversized Orders & Special Circumstances

In certain cases, additional shipping charges may be required. You will be contacted to arrange any additional payment before your order is shipped.

Free Shipping on Singles Orders Over $175

If your order contains only Yu-Gi-Oh! Singles and meets or exceeds $175.00 before taxes and shipping charges, your order will qualify for free expedited shipping. Please see our Shipping Policy for full details.

Order Combinations

Each order is fulfilled and shipped separately. Orders cannot be combined regardless of when they were placed.

Add-Ons

Orders cannot be modified after they are placed. To purchase additional cards, please place a new order.

Processing Times

Orders containing a large number of singles may require additional processing time beyond our standard 0–3 business day handling window.

Card Condition

All singles are listed with their condition noted on the product page. Condition grades follow the TCGPlayer Condition Guide as a standard reference. By completing your purchase you are agreeing to the listed condition of the card.

If you believe you received a card in a condition significantly different from what was listed, please contact us at justice@bridgecitycards.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL AN ORDER FOR ANY REASON. IF WE DO, YOU WILL RECEIVE A FULL REFUND.
