All Sales Are Final

All Yu-Gi-Oh! Singles sales are final. Orders cannot be cancelled by customers once placed, and we do not accept returns or exchanges on any singles.

Order Cancellations

BridgeCityCards.com reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion. If we cancel your order for any reason, you will receive a full refund.

Customer-requested cancellations are not accepted on single orders.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect card, please contact us at justice@bridgecitycards.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos where possible. We will review your claim and work to make it right.

Store Credit

Store credit is issued to your email in the form of a gift card. Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash or any other payment method.
